Sumatra PDF may be a bit "light" in some cases compared to a Foxit PDF Reader which offers similar performance but still more extensive functionality. However, if you are only looking for a lightning-fast and easy-to-use drive, it may do the trick, especially since it is easily run from a USB stick.
